Our family of 4 just returned from a Universal Orlando vacation planned by Karen Hammond. Karen did an amazing job planning this trip for our family. This was our 1st family trip ever with our 21 & 17 yr old sons who both have a diagnosis on the Autism Spectrum. Karen listened to all our concerns & kept us informed of every step along the way. She answered our multiple questions without hesitation & with great patience. She even provided us with information about obtaining an accessibility pass for both boys for the parks which made our visit run even more smoothly. We spent the week at Dockside Resort that allowed us early entry into Epic Universe & Islands of Adventure (these are the parks we went to...highly suggest going to Nintendo World!) We really appreciate her for making this a great first vacation full of core memories to last a lifetime!
