My wife & I booked a trip with Karen for our 1-year anniversary & it was a breeze. Took care of our transportation needs with MEARS service & was efficient in doing so. We had a thousand questions regarding the 'new' system at Disney since we hadn't been since 2019, helped answer questions about Genie+, how to pair our new magic bands, was informative on how to use the queue lines for new rides.
